For this reason we have two highly innovative metrology rooms that help our technicians in checking the different phases of manufacturing process.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2409 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sviluppo.dwb.it\/artmeccanica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cq_41-1024x241-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.artmeccanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cq_41-1024x241-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.artmeccanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cq_41-1024x241-1-300x71.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.artmeccanica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cq_41-1024x241-1-768x181.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Both rooms are equipped with an energy efficiency system with led lighting, heat pumps and forced air change system with microfiltration and preheating.\u00a0Both laboratories are monitored in real time about electricity consumption, temperature, humidity, vibrations and light.<\/p>\n<p>In Room 2 has been added a new coordinate measuring machine <strong>Zeiss Accura II<\/strong> with CMM Touch probe 3D\/VAST, that allows high precision controls on manufactured products.
